    I was pleased with the model. When I received the two items, both were damaged (the Gallbladder portion had broken off). I contacted the seller and they asked that I superglue the piece back together. This was not acceptable for me due to the costs of the items and the nature of being used at a Higher Ed Institution. At my request, the seller agreed to ship me new ones and I would return the broken. I received replacements - the pieces were glued onto the model, not actually replaced.
