contacted seller as the advertised product 100 % tested and guaranteed failed . searched for a solution with seller rec email stating that they would credit the transaction to my account and that I could then send to a repair centre and have it repaired . I accepted the sellers email message but still no refund . can I get an enquiry number then discuss this issue with eBay direct .
