I provided.. no response.. I provided picture of the part picture of the part in the assembly diagram. I have the original assembly diagram from when it was purchased new from the store.no response. Finally on the 12th after I ordered the part I was told to contact them online off of eBay for assistance. Paid $30 only getting 20 back not good business.
