When I opened the items I saw a business card. About 5:30 pm. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail. I didn't think I would hear back from him until the next day if at all, because of the time of day. 7:30 pm the same day , Gary called me looked up my order number and said that they had made the mistake and straightened it out on the spot. Definitely will buy from them again
