      He has not contacted us about this issue. Why? It could have been easily resolved but he has to be smart enough to let us know he has a problem. So he decides to negative rate us instead. Not the best way to get cooperation and problems resolved. When a customer has an issue, just contact us, simple as that. Really, just that simple!
