These are very good quality lockable 90-degree shutoff valves that ship with a nice sturdy key for their operation. I intend to use them to immobilize older trucks. Nothing fancy - mount valve in transmission tunnel and hide it under rubber mat. They could still tow a truck away - but start it and drive away? NO WAY.
