Item description says it’s “Sea Sponge” in several locations, which is a total lie. It is cut man-made FOAM!
Several emails back and forth since it was delivered. Seller email response was quick each time.
I tried to negotiate a refund without returning (I’m in a Nursing Home) but they only wanted to refund 25% for their BS description lies. I’m taking this to eBay for my refund, because it is not at all what the description says. As eBay says “get what you paid for or get your money back”.
