    watch stem was stuck in up position... when i contacted them they told me that they inspect all of their watches before shipping... in other words... i'm a liar... the amount of money is negligible... but i will never do business with them again... this is the second watch i'v bought from them...the first one started turning colors... wonder if they inspect for that...
