I had to rebuild it so i could mount it to my bench. the webbing guides are a sad joke. impossible to easily get webbing through. If i didn't need it I'd return it. the QC is a big disappointment.

There is no one else on the market who makes a tool that works as well as this and is as affordable. You will want to buy the one with a guide or make your own. I did the latter. If I had one recommendation, it would be to put ceramic washers between the bolts holding the heating element and the handle. That would stop the whole handle from getting quite toasty.
