    Item is new but had the worst experience ever company put the springs together you almost have to cut them to take them apart never again buying from this seller

    We are always here to help and answer questions but we got no messages from you. Its very simple to separate the coils and we could have talked you through it or even provided a video. No cutting of the coils is needed at all so hopefully you did not do that. They lift apart very easily
