No compre el artículo para hacer pruebas. Aceptamos devoluciones si el artículo realmente no funciona y en un plazo no superior a 30 días después de la venta. En caso de producto defectuoso, MasPortatil procederá, según corresponda, a la sustitución ó reintegro previa devolución y comprobación del material, gestiones que serán gratuitas para el consumidor.

En caso de no querer el artículo comprado tiene 7 días para devolverlo sin justificar causa pero tiene que tener en cuenta que no se devuelve el dinero del envío y que los costes de devolución serán también por parte del comprador. Tendrá que devolver el artículo con todos sus embalajes, limpio, sin marcas de manipulación y listo para volver a ser vendido. El reintegro se hará efectivo una vez recibido y comprobado el material.

Queremos que tu compra sea satisfactoria pero comprende que los errores de los clientes nos suponen costes administrativos muy altos (Envío, embalajes, comisiones...). Nuestros artículos llevan marcas para certificar su origen y van indexados mediante número de serie y número de pedido y así evitar incómodos equívocos o mala fe.

Si en el momento de la entrega el paquete llegase dañado deberá indicarlo en el albarán que le debe firmar al transportista. Si esos daños hubieran provocado la rotura del producto deberá notificarnoslo antes de 24h para que se haga cargo el seguro, de lo contrario el seguro entiende que es responsabilidad del comprador. Deberá enviarnos fotografías de la caja y el artículo en donde se demuestren los daños. El producto se retornará a nuestras instalaciones y una vez comprobado se enviará otro artículo sin ningún cargo.

El Cliente debe revisar bien el artículo antes de su manipulación y montaje, si detecta alguna anomalía visible nos debe informar de ella y no instalar, poner en funcionamiento o quitar los precintos que lleve el artículo.

Cualquier incidencia de cambio o devolución será comunicada por mail a mas.portatil@hotmail.com indicando seudónimo del comprador y artículo.
