Kept messaging the seller because what they had done was created a label so eBay thinks it was shipped but it really was not shipped. It stayed that way for more than a week and a half. I could barely get a message answer but I would just get answers of I'll refund some of your shipping costs but never actually telling me when it was going to be shipped. Not until I said I'm opening up cases with eBay that all of a sudden the items were shipped.
