I paid for (from different sellers) an amp, 8 speaker grilles and these 8 speakers together at 6am on Thursday (me and seller are in the same time zone) . I got amp and grilles on Saturday. Shipping label for speakers was created but the speakers weren’t actually shipped until Monday. They still got here by Tuesday. I’m not installing until this weekend so the only way it affected me was getting me in my feelings lol but if you need quick, contact first

Seller refunded purchase a week after opening a lost/missing package request .. from order date to refund date was one month. Package arrived a few days after the refund. I have reached out to the seller to find out is UPS reimbursed them or not. If USPS does not than I am more than willing to pay the seller as to protect the seller from a loss
