Measured them w/ a Peak DAC75 Pro in a 68°F room, handled the transistors with tweezers so my body temperature wouldn't alter the measurements. Hfe = 183-204 (good), Ic(leak) = 326, 382, 404 & 440 microamp (at high edge of the usable range). So 2 are definitely usable, 2 are on the edge...
