I ordered this eyeliner thinking it was waterproof as I hadn’t read the description , however it is actually for sensitive eyes. My mistake, however the seller has been very forgiving of my error and has offered me a full refund. I recommend this buyer as someone trustworthy to buy from.

Sorry if you are unhappy. This product is not waterproof and it is not advertised as waterproof. Please read description. It is especially formulated for the sensitive waterline area. The eye area must be clean from makeup remains and cleansed using NON-OILY makeup remover. Oily makeup removers can leave oily remains which prevents adherence of makeup. Use Non-Oily remover, then rinse with lukewarm water, dry and wait about 10 minutes then reapply, you will be very pleased with the result.
