The leather is soft and very clean crisp look, quality. The both straps are centrally padded from the lugs to the middle of the strap. Then flat towards the end. Feels like the strap will mold to your wrist perfectly sooner rather than later in time BC iit feels so soft and comfy. Also, it's got aviation strap vids for sure. I got this yesturday, and just ordered 3 more before they're sold out.
