- d***w (81)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseMeasured them w/ a Peak DAC75 Pro in a 68°F room, handled the transistors with tweezers so my body temperature wouldn't alter the measurements. 3 of them had Hfe = 197-252 (VG) w/ leakage 321-378 microamp (on the high end of usable range). 2 of them had Hfe = 223 & 265 / leakage 474 and 504 microamp (too high) 1 of them was a dud, with Hfe = 10. I definitely should get a credit for #6, and would appreciate one for #4 and 5.
