    Fast delivery but when I received the item it was broke. I wrote to the seller with pictures and he returned my purchase price but not my shipping. I feel due to his packaging and the company he picked to choose to deliver it was not my doing it was his. I feel he should have given me my shipping back because now I don't have $11.51 of my money and all I'm left with is a broken clock. I don't think a broken clock is worth $11.51. it's his business I feel it's his responsibility. Irresponsible!

    This is inaccurate and not true; I refunded both the cost she spent and the 11.51. I also have a message where she says that I packaged it good. but there were holes in it from the shipping company. once it leaves, I cannot control how the packaged is treated, I used the same company FedEx every time and this is the only time I have had an issue, the rest of my feedback will show the truth. as this one is an untrue
