    The transaction went well though there were surprises. I ordered a full sheet of stamps. The low shipping cost was because the seller put it in a bendable envelope which could be sent letter rate. Fortunately the envelope was at most gently bent in my postal carrier's sack. I suppose the seller would have refunded the cost if the sheet had in fact been damaged. It's probably cheaper than stiffer packing. The post office tells me that anything that's hard to bend goes package rate.
