    Arrived well packaged, but 5 days between purchase and shipping. Had no power adapter for the laptop. Ad did not say it did or did not, but I expect a power supply with a laptop. Communication was poor. When I asked about screen resolution, I was emailed two pictures of a 'Do not remove this label', and no text. When I asked the point of the photos was, I got a message ' No bait and switch'. I bought it anyway. With a 14 day warranty and no power supply, could have been tricky.

    Contacting them is horrible. Sent me one ipad short. Said they were refunding me, waiting, and then cable me to find out the ipads that do work have MDM locks from a Healthcare service. Makes me wonder if this is even legitimate. I know it says for parts or whatever but you could at least state the issues. I have contacted the former owners, not the seller, in hopes of a solution. Received the package and it looked as if hurricane Katrina wrapped it in tape and shipped it here from years past.
