Item had no padding when shipped just wrapped it in a layer of tape and cardboard. Product was hanging out of the packaging when arrived with visible wear marks from shipping. Product was not what was pictured and customer service does not help or make things right. Product was also not tested like stated in the description. Will not be buying from them again.
