I have no issue with buying used good condition items, but seller should be honest in their listing. Price was very fair, and Item was shipped quickly. Ok, no biggie, let me reach out. Nope, no response, after multiple attempts. Zero. Upon further inspection, the clamp was completely broken. So again I reach out, crickets. 5 min of receiving I messaged them. I start a return. They wait until the last second to accept it, then I return it and they wait until last second to refund. 17 days for a refund.
