Cap is well made as described by seller. Shipping and packaging were done right. Value was noted as plus for its historic use by UN field employees. A smooth transaction from a recommended seller.

Shipping took forever! 5 days just to get my product to the post office, so it wasn’t P.O.’s fault. Then seller had listed item “best offer” and I made 5 offers with zero response, and then had to wait 24 hours between each offer to make another offer because seller wouldn’t negotiate or even decline, so I ended up paying full price. So why even have a best offer option? With as much as seller lists on eBay I’d think he’d be better to deal with from bidding to shipping
