All items were as described and all DVDs played well, except one (specifically this item, Bad-der Santa) which played rough in the middle.     Prompt shipping, very well packaged, item represented as used but is sealed as though new and shows some wear so I feel the seller put the plastic wrap on it, it's ok though because it was very reasonably sold via making an offer, I will leave it sealed until I need it because season 4 discs have issues on them and I want to have ones that work so sealed season 4 boxes are left sealed until use! I would deal with this seller again, AA++
