    A very good laptop and excellent value for the price. Received the laptop which was in good protective packaging before the estimated time. The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

    The computer is actually in better cosmetic condition than described in the listing, works very well and was great value for money. It was dispatched and delivered really quickly. I must also mention that the packaging was exemplary, practically bomb proof! ( ... probably the best packaged eBay item I've ever received.)
