      The plush did seem new as described. Which is good as this was for a little tike to play with. Shipping was fast. Now, the item was described as an 18" plush and was unfortunatly a 9-10" plush. This was sad at first. But after contacting the seller, the seller offered for us to keep it and offered a generous refund. Now my little tike has a plush and ice cream money... which I will later match to donate given the sellers generosity. It was an honest mistake but the seller made it right.
