That was packed inside an eBay bubble mailer. Not sure why the condition said, "for parts, not working," but I do see the "minor scratches." Everything tests as, "working, for parts of Disney Infinity 2.0." Could have included "works with Disney Infinity 3.0!" 😉 Better than advertised and described.
