Desc stated: “Sweatshirt is in overall great, gently used condition!” and argued damage shown in photos, but not true unless looking unreasonably close. Any buyer would assume it’s undamaged. Sellers disclaimer “any imperfection will be pictured, use pics to determine condition for urself“ is sellers way of avoiding responsibility for selling a damaged product. Once buyer received item, their tailor told em that the price to repair the item would be a little more than expected, so buyer thought he was entitled to a partial refund. I asked that they send it back for a full refund instead, buyer didn't like that response....boom negative feedback!
