Customer Service was good: fast response and enough of a refund that I’m happy. Given foam is a common issue with RE20’s, quality check may not be very thorough. At the end I got a very good price and can handle the repair myself. Someone not able to do minor repairs would’ve had more trouble with this particular order, but their customer service seems to be great.Electro-Voice RE20 Mic with 309A Shockmount & access- good - ProSoundUniverse.
