The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much.     A very good laptop and excellent value for the price. Received the laptop which was in good protective packaging before the estimated time. The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo.     The computer is actually in better cosmetic condition than described in the listing, works very well and was great value for money. It was dispatched and delivered really quickly. I must also mention that the packaging was exemplary, practically bomb proof! ( ... probably the best packaged eBay item I've ever received.) After receipt of the computer I needed to contact the seller for some additional info and received a very prompt reply. A very positive experience, totally recommended!
