Packaging (box) was damaged and left out in the rain, which soaked the cardboard and the inner newspaper packaging. Luckily, the wooden rods were not damaged. Evri gave me a time slot but delivered the package some 5 hours earlier, so nobody was here to receive the parcel !!! Evri delivery service not worth the money, as they are so bad.

I was a bit worried but the cups and saucers were really well packaged, wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and then boxed. They arrived in perfect condition and I'm looking forward to getting some espresso! The items were exactly as described, no chips, scuffs or marks. The price was a real bargain and the postage cost was excellent for the effort taken.
