    I am sorry you felt like I was being accusatory. I was simply suggesting you check again as tracking showed the item was delivered to your mailbox. I was trying to work with you to figure out what happened, but you refused to respond to any of my messages. I sent you multiple messages and you wouldn't respond to any of them. Before issuing a refund, I just wanted to ensure that maybe someone in your household didn't collect the package without your knowledge. Why not respond?
