I would have preferred refund since she lost items listed. Also, she failed to include another $20 ornament. She didn’t offer discounted shipping prior to purchase. Instead, she refunded “discounted” price of ornament so I could not get back full money on missing items. I personally didn’t discount the item, when I refunded overpayment in shipping, Ebay calculates it proportionately. I always offer the option to refund s/h.
