    This Dickens Building was just as described. The packaging was very secure and was shipped quickly. It was also a great price. Communication with the seller was awesome! This package got lost in the mail and he could not locate it we waited a few weeks to see if it would arrive. We decided to do a refund and he was totally gracious about it. Before that was done he received notice that the building was enroute. So funny how's things work out. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
