    My experience was good and bad. The handle was removed from the case to keep it from being damaged. That was a good thing. It would have been nice if the original screws had been sent. The metal clamps were not secured or wrapped. They arrived as in the picture. The result is the damage to the paint on the base. It was not that way prior to shipping. The paint chips are in the bottom of the sewing case. The packing of the entire case and machine was very good. Nothing else was damaged.

    I can only offer my profound apologies for this, I should have wrapped the clamps it was a complete oversight on my part. The screws were not fit to be sent I'm afraid I had great difficulty getting them out and the heads disintegrated. Once again my sincere apologies for the paint damage I hope it doesn't detract too much from your enjoyment of the machine.
