Seller did not communicate or apologize. Return label was sent promptly though. This issue could have been avoided had the item been packed properly. Not only that, the seller got the item back as a return over 3 days ago and still hasn’t processed my refund yet! No response! Very disappointed this broke. It is an item that you can’t buy in a store. Due to carelessness, it broke!
