I wish it had been shipped in a box rather than a bag, because it arrived with a warped visor. Luckily I was able to bend it back into shape so all is well. My only constructive criticism for this seller is that imho it’s better to ship hats in boxes. The visors on these caps will pop back into shape and are able to be folded / unfolded without any lasting damage or creases. Shipping these caps in boxes doesn't damage the caps and only adds to the shipping costs for our buyers.
