There are no mount holes either. The only instructions that came with it are "alternative mounting option" which state putting a nail through it which I'd honestly be afraid would cause it to crack. There's also not tension or track to hold the CDs, just a really slight tilt so if you're wall liens forward at all they can fall off. Thousands of others have not had a problem with the CD Mural and there are many repeat buyers. Are you confident that you followed the directions that I sent to you? This addresses 'crooked walls' and the best way to mount. The instructions do not ask you to put a nail through the unit, but to hang it over a nail. I note that you did not contact me with any problems.
