However, the box inside was mangled, the brush was NOT the one advertised, and it was NOT new. It was full of hair! 🤢 I brought this to the seller’s attention and they issued a prompt refund, but no explanation or apology. I’m therefore writing this review to warn others that this seller is untrustworthy when it comes to accuracy and quality. My item was labeled “auction” so I suspect they’re a large clearinghouse.
