The vacuum cleaner did not function when it arrived, because the battery would not take a charge. I had previously owned this exact model, and needed to replace it, so I’m quite familiar with the charging process. How can you even send out an appliance without checking to see if it works or not? Give them credit for handling the refund prompt but I still didn’t have a working vacuum cleaner at the end of the week.
