    After going through hoops with USPS I finally got the GPU card 5 days later than I should have (Postal is slow sometimes). Not the seller's fault. It was a bit dirty inside (see pics) so I disassembled it for a full cleaning and to apply fresh thermal paste between the GPU chip and the heat sink. Re-assembled it and installed in my PC and it works as it should. Good deal.
