The buyer however made a choice to send me a highly aggressive message, referencing my 8 year 100% seller feedback, to extort me into giving them money back. If the buyer was able to conduct themselves, as I do, in a professional manner… I would of course issued them a refund, or partial refund. Whatever their liking would have been.
