To be fair chances are the mail carrier probably damaged the package so not really the sellers fault. Due to the size, it is difficult to ship this safely without the risk of bending or other damage, though a barrier of sorts (likely not a thick one to allow for letter shipping) will be tested for future orders. A flat sturdy mailer was used with both books facing each other, boards on the backs of each to maintain extra sturdiness. It does seem like the postal service was not nice to this package and I am willing to rectify any issues with this order despite poor USPS handling practices.
