I needed it to replace a broken club, yo saved my bacon. Brand new, still in wrapper. Stafford gave excellent communication as to shipping status. Overall, they deserve 10 stars as they are professional company, not someone selling on the weekend. Value, this chipper was NEW, not like new, I would have paid double. Thank you again to all at Stafford that got me out of a jamb. :)
