The seller was very cooperative and accepted a negotiated price with no issues. USPS couldn’t find the package and he went to the Post Office and had them do a search and paid more to make it Priority Mail, & it finally was delivered about six days late. The seller kept us informed during that period & we are all happy this beautiful hand painted tray wasn’t lost.
