The box it came in was destroyed and it looked like it was chucked into the shipping box. Shipping took an extra day then it said it would arrive. We honestly packaged the wrong dagger and sent it to the buyer accidentally. We take full responsibility for the mess up on our end. Buyer requested a refund and we immediately accepted it. As for as the box being destroyed and it was chucked into the shipping box, I assure you that it was packaged very well on the inside and if the box was destroyed then it was destroyed during shipping. We can't control how long package takes being delivered when USPS has it.
