The condition upon arrival was excellent due to padded packaging. I was a little surprised that it took 9-10 days to arrive which was quite a bit longer than it said to expect delivery when I ordered. I only gave them four stars because the packaging used to ship my item was an envelope instead of a small box. The product packaging had some damage but luckily the jar of body cream was not damaged.
