This 8903B is not only in perfect condition but is 100% within spec as demonstrated by running the functional checks in the operation manual. I used a Tektronix 2467B oscilloscope in the procedure. Communication by the seller is excellent and the instrument did not disappoint. I saved the seller immediately and I'm watching for more great gear from the seller.
