    Fastest communication I've ever had. Gave me a lot of feedback and help with diagnosis of my furnace. I had gone ahead and ordered the board. Day later he gave me a refund before shipping the board. Said he didn't feel it was the problem. Told me to get an HVAC person to check. I did and the problem was the condensation pump fail switch! He could of sold me the board, but he was honest and I'm glad he told me to get it checked. Great seller!
