Once you returned items I'll initiate refund, but it managed by eBay as well. I return my cost, eBay returns it's fees. Maybe you can call eBay support with it. We use it if we have any questions. The lack of communication, the unprofessional conduct of the seller, and the seller continuing to change pickup protocol was troubling and egregious.
